Welcome to 2008-2009 Short Course Registration
Registration Sessions:
August 23, 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
August 27, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
September 4, 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Our team welcomes new swimmers all year round. You can download the 2008-2009 Short Course Registration documents here. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the registration packet.
Current members please see the instructions below under the section “Returning Swim Family”.

New Swim Family
If you are new to Capital of Texas Aquatics or a past swim family that did not swim with COTA during 2007-2008 Short Course or 2008 Long Course season, please carefully read the registration instructions from the links below and then print out the correct forms to complete. If you have any questions about which USA Swimming registration forms to use, please contact Christie James at (512)795-8363 or cjames53@austin.rr.com.
Please bring your completed registration materials and swimmer(s) to one of the Registration Sessions listed above. During this time your swimmer will be evaluated by one of our coaches to determine group placement. If you cannot make one of the registration dates, you can contact Coach Bobby by email, b_mattin@yahoo.com to arrange a private evaluation session.

Returning Swim Family
For our returning swim families who were with us during the 2007-2008 Short Course and/or 2008 Long Course please:
1) Fill out and sign the Medical Release form (one per swimmer). The Medical Release form is page 2 of the Registration Document.
2) Send an email to the COTA Administrator, admin@capitaloftexasaquatics.com with any changes to the current contact information on file with the team.
3) Sign your pre-printed USA Swimming 2009 USA Athlete Registration which will be available at registration sessions.
All registration fees will be itemized on your September invoice. Welcome back!
